Written Workouts - This service is for individuals who may not want to work with a trainer at this time but are looking for help to change up their routine with some fresh new programs to help them reach their fitness goals. The programs are 4 weeks long and vary depending on individuals' goals.
Nutrition Program - JM Fitness also offers nutrition programs to help maximize your training results.
Personal Training - JM Fitness accepts personal training clients based on how serious your fitness goals are and your level of commitment. Boot camp - If you live in or around the North Hills area of Pittsburgh this is hands down the most affordable and enjoyable way to get in the best shape of your life. The camp is year around and is held inside Jewarts Gymnastics Center, so no having to worry about working out on the cold ground or wet grass anymore!
